Engineering Platform

Where theory meets execution.

Multi-agent orchestration, persistent reasoning, and the technical infrastructure of conscious clarity — tested against the complexity of real tasks and real environments.

Core Systems
Three subsystems, one reasoning architecture.

Orchestration

Dynamic Context Routing across agent teams. Task decomposition, delegation, and synthesis — coordinated through epistemic signals rather than rigid pipelines.

Memory

Persistent reasoning that survives session boundaries. Episodic memory, semantic indexing, and stance-aware retrieval — enabling continuity without repetition.

Workflows

Composable skill chains that express domain expertise as executable patterns. Each workflow encodes not just steps but the epistemic conditions under which those steps apply.

Theory-informed engineering.

My Kung Fu is not a conventional engineering platform. Every architectural decision traces back to a theoretical commitment — Dynamic Context Routing is an implementation of the Epistemic Field Model, agent teams express the Stance Architecture, and persistent memory operationalises the four-layer cognition model.

The result is infrastructure that does not merely process tasks but reasons about them — distinguishing between divergent exploration, convergent synthesis, and the ambiguous spaces where the most important insights tend to emerge.

The measure of an engineering system is not its speed but its judgement. Can it distinguish between problems that require convergence and problems that require continued exploration? Can it hold uncertainty as a resource rather than treating it as a failure state?
